The E. Michelle Inc. Strategic Business Consultation is a focused, one-on-one session designed to assess your current business needs, identify challenges and opportunities, and provide strategic direction for your next steps.
What We Can Address
Depending on your needs, the consultation may address areas such as:
- Business strategy and growth
- Business formation and corporate infrastructure
- Credit and capital readiness
- Real estate and asset development
- Brand positioning and digital strategy
- Organizational structure and next-step planning
Prior to the consultation, clients may be asked to complete a brief intake form so that the session can be focused on the areas requiring the greatest attention.
Carry Your Investment Forward.
If you decide to move forward with a qualifying E. Michelle Inc. service package within 7 calendar days of your completed consultation, your $250 consultation fee may be applied as a credit toward the cost of that service package.
- Must be applied within 7 calendar days of the completed consultation.
- May only be applied toward qualifying E. Michelle Inc. service packages.
- Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund.
- Cannot be transferred to another individual or business.
- Cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or credits unless otherwise approved by E. Michelle Inc.
- Will be applied to the client's service balance once the applicable service agreement has been signed and any required deposit or initial payment has been received.
This allows clients who are ready to proceed with E. Michelle Inc. to have their consultation investment credited toward the next phase of their business development.
Plan Your Session With Confidence.
Because consultation time is reserved specifically for each client, all consultation fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been booked.
- Clients may reschedule their consultation one time without penalty when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee, and a new consultation must be booked and paid for.
- Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice will be considered a no-show, and the consultation fee will be forfeited.
- Clients arriving late will receive the remaining portion of their scheduled consultation time. The session will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled ending time.
- If E. Michelle Inc. must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of the consultation fee.
Payment for a consultation secures professional advisory time with E. Michelle Inc. and does not guarantee financing, funding approval, business results, credit outcomes, real estate transactions, or other specific results.
Any additional services recommended following the consultation will be presented separately and will require a separate service agreement and payment arrangement.
